Mindful Thoughts Therapy provides mental health therapy for adults and adolescents. I provide an integrative style of therapy for each individuals unique needs. A holistic and integrative approach is used to treat the whole body. Cyndi is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and integrative and alternative medicine.
