
Mindful Thoughts Therapy provides mental health therapy for adults and adolescents. I provide an integrative style of therapy for each individuals unique needs. A holistic and integrative approach is used to treat the whole body. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and integrative and alternative medicine.
